01Definitions and Scope
1.1 Cookies
This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) sets out the manner in which Resolvify Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, and Resolvify Global (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (collectively referred to as “Resolvify”, “we”, “us” or “our”), use cookies and similar technologies in connection with the website available at resolvifylimited.com (the “Website” or “Platform”).
For the purposes of this Policy, “Cookies” means small text files or similar technologies that are stored on, or accessed from, a user’s computer, mobile device or other internet-enabled device when the user accesses or interacts with the Platform.
Cookies may enable the Platform to recognise a device, maintain session continuity, support security functions, remember user preferences, and collect information concerning the use and performance of the Platform.
1.2 Similar Technologies
References to cookies in this Policy shall, where applicable, include comparable technologies such as local storage, session storage, tracking scripts, pixels and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user’s device.
1.3 Application
This Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies deployed by Resolvify or by third-party service providers acting in connection with the operation of the Platform.
The application of any particular legal requirement shall depend on the nature of the technology, the relevant processing activity, the user’s location and the applicable law.
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with Resolvify’s Privacy Policy, which sets out further information regarding the collection, processing, use, storage and protection of personal data and the exercise of applicable data protection rights.
This Policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic communications laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“PECR”), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), together with the rules and regulations applicable thereunder, to the extent in force and applicable to the relevant processing activities.
02Categories of Cookies and Consent Requirements
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used exclusively to the extent required to enable the operation, security and integrity of the Platform, including session management, the transmission of communications and the provision of services expressly requested by the user.
Such cookies may be deployed without prior consent where an applicable legal exemption permits their use. Resolvify shall not treat all cookies as exempt merely because they support the general operation of the Platform.
2.2 Non-Essential Cookies
Analytics, performance and functional cookies that are not strictly necessary shall be activated only after the user has provided valid consent where such consent is required under applicable law.
Resolvify shall provide users with an appropriate mechanism to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Consent shall not be inferred solely from continued browsing, inactivity or the use of pre-selected consent options.
Where consent is required, the relevant cookies shall remain inactive until the user has provided the requisite consent.
2.3 Withdrawal of Consent
Users may withdraw or modify their consent to non-essential cookies at any time through the Cookie Preference Centre made available on the Platform.
Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing undertaken before such withdrawal. Following withdrawal, Resolvify shall cease the relevant consent-dependent activities within a reasonable technical period and shall not reactivate the relevant cookies unless a valid legal basis for doing so exists.
2.4 Protection of Children
Resolvify does not intentionally deploy behavioural advertising or profiling technologies specifically directed at children through the Platform.
Where the processing of personal data of children is subject to additional requirements under applicable law, Resolvify shall implement the safeguards and consent mechanisms required by that law, as applicable to its activities.
03Cookies Used on the Platform
The following tables identify the cookies intended to be used on the Platform, together with their providers, purposes and stated retention periods. Actual deployment, cookie names and expiry periods may depend on the Platform’s technical configuration and the services enabled at the relevant time.

These cookies support essential Platform functions and security-related activities. They shall be used without prior consent only where permitted under applicable law.

The retention periods specified above are indicative and shall be subject to verification against the relevant technical configuration. Session cookies ordinarily expire when the applicable browsing session ends, subject to the behaviour of the browser and the implementation of the cookie.
3.2 Analytics and Performance Cookies
Analytics cookies may be used to assess visitor interactions, understand traffic patterns, measure Platform performance and identify opportunities to improve functionality and reliability.
These cookies shall be activated only after the user has provided the consent required under applicable law.
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention Period |

Information collected through analytics cookies may be processed by the relevant service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy documentation. Such information shall not be described as anonymous unless the applicable technical and organisational measures support that characterisation.
Where analytics services involve the transfer of personal data outside the United Kingdom or India, as applicable, Resolvify shall assess and implement any transfer safeguards required by the relevant data protection legislation.
3.3 Functional Preference Cookies
Functional cookies may be used to retain preferences selected by users and to facilitate a more consistent experience when interacting with the Platform.
| Cookie Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| resolvify_jurisdiction | First-party (Resolvify) | Stores the user’s preferred jurisdiction, such as the United Kingdom or India, for relevant dispute resolution forms and related Platform functions. | Up to 6 months |
Where a functional cookie is not strictly necessary for a service expressly requested by the user, it shall be activated only after the user has provided the consent required under applicable law.
3.4 Advertising and Marketing Technologies
Resolvify does not intend to deploy third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or behavioural marketing trackers on the Platform as part of its current cookie configuration.
If Resolvify introduces additional tracking technologies in the future, this Policy and the Cookie Preference Centre shall be updated, where appropriate, before such technologies are deployed. Any consent required by applicable law shall be obtained before the relevant technologies are activated.
04Third-Party Cookies and Service Providers
Certain cookies may be placed or accessed by third-party service providers engaged to support the operation, security, analytics or functionality of the Platform.
Where third-party technologies are used, the applicable provider may process information in accordance with its own contractual terms and privacy documentation. Resolvify shall take reasonable steps to assess the use of such technologies and to ensure that the relevant arrangements are consistent with applicable legal requirements.
The presence of a third-party cookie does not, by itself, establish that the relevant provider acts as a processor, controller or equivalent regulated entity in every instance. The respective roles shall be determined by reference to the actual processing arrangements and applicable law.
05Management of Cookie Preferences
5.1 Cookie Preference Centre
Users may review, modify or withdraw their cookie preferences through the “Cookie Settings” link available in the footer of the Platform, subject to the availability of that functionality.
The Cookie Preference Centre shall, where applicable, enable users to accept or reject non-essential cookie categories separately. Strictly necessary cookies shall remain active to the extent required for the lawful and secure operation of the Platform.
5.2 Browser Settings
Users may also manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Most commonly used browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, provide functionality for reviewing, blocking or deleting cookies.
Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability, security or functionality of particular Platform features. Blocking cookies through browser settings may not automatically withdraw consent recorded by the Platform or prevent all similar technologies from operating.
5.3 Google Analytics Opt-Out
Users may use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, where supported, to opt out of certain Google Analytics measurement activities through the relevant browser.
The effectiveness and scope of such opt-out functionality are subject to the applicable browser, device and service configuration. Users should continue to use the Platform’s Cookie Preference Centre to manage their consent preferences.
06Personal Data and Data Protection
Cookies and similar technologies may collect or generate information that constitutes personal data under applicable law, depending on the nature of the information and the circumstances of its processing.
Where personal data is processed through cookies, Resolvify shall process such data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including any requirements relating to transparency, lawful processing, data minimisation, security, retention, international transfers and the exercise of data subject or data principal rights.
The legal basis for processing personal data through cookies, where required to be identified, shall be determined by reference to the relevant processing activity and applicable law. Consent to the storage of or access to information on a user’s device shall not automatically be treated as the legal basis for every subsequent processing activity involving personal data.
Further information regarding personal data processing and the exercise of applicable rights is available in Resolvify’s Privacy Policy at the relevant privacy policy URL published on the Platform.
07Retention and Policy Updates
7.1 Retention
Cookies shall be retained for the periods specified in this Policy or for such other periods as are technically applicable to the relevant service, subject to verification of the Platform’s actual configuration.
Resolvify shall seek to ensure that cookie retention periods are proportionate to the purposes for which the relevant cookies are used and shall review such periods where appropriate.
7.2 Amendments
Resolvify reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, Platform functionality, third-party services or internal practices.
The revised Policy shall be published on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, Resolvify shall obtain renewed consent before deploying new or materially changed non-essential cookies.
Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of Resolvify’s cookie practices.
